How Scale Support Works
1. Meet an Account Executive, or sign up online
Schedule an exploratory call and tell us about your goals and business needs. We'll show you how our free software works, and answer any questions you have about Wing Assitant.
2. Submit key requirements
After you signup, we will ask you to fill up a simple form that will help us understand your key requirements for your ideal CSR.
3. Your CSM contacts you and coordinates start date
Your CSM will get in touch with you and clarify any details or requriements as requried. Your CSM will also confirm the start date with you and makes sure your CSR is avilable to start on that day.
4. Meet your new Customer Support Representative
You are ready to leverage your new team member and assign your customer support duties to them. Your CSM and a team of back-end staffs are there to help your new Scale CSR get on pace and start performing right away.
